Well, the dilemma we have is how do you rate a company that deserves 10 stars when the rating allows up to 5 stars? Great company, best in Vegas and the only one we will do business with and highly recommend. Purchased best unit I could to help with my severe allergies. It came with 3 years of free service. This was my first paid service. The employees are always on time, professional & friendly. They do a great job keeping my unit running efficiently & safely. I also referred a friend this week in need of a repair & she was delighted with their service too. My family also uses Sun Country. I feel confident in recommending Sun Country!
Professionals that stand by their work. Efficiently installed our new heating system which was complicated because the old unit was rotten and connected to our water heating system. The sales rep : Michael (who is also an ex military aircraft mechanic)explained the details and made sure that it would work before they came to install it. There were a few glitches, as with any new system but the owner Ray and his team had it working beautifully the very next day. Our main tech ;José came back to install a new vent cover a week later as Ray thought ours was not venting properly. All included and they will come back in the summer to recalibrate when the weather gets warmer. Full service with a nice group of people. We would give them more stars if we could.
I had Sun Country come out and check out my AC. Technician Brian came out and he was very helpful. He let me know what was going on with AC. After figuring out the best course of action I was given an estimate. I really liked they way the estimate was emailed to me and showed the different items needed to fix my AC and the cost to do it. I scheduled a day for the repair. When the day came to repair the unit, I got a text telling me that Brian and Jose was on their way. Sure enough they arrived on time. Another cool feature they have is in the text message. There is a link that you can click and actually see them on the map, coming to your house. Very cool. So they go to my house and went straight so work. They put tarps down and had the shoe covers on their feet. After they were done they cleaned up and explained to me what needs to be done next.
I’m very thankful that there is a company like Sun Country. It’s nice to know that you can get good, honest Repair guys to come fix your AC. Thanks again Sun Country.
I though my problem was my thermostat. The guy arrived on time and
1. Fixed the thermo problem … but the furnace still didn’t work.
2. After 1 hour of investigations he detected what was working properly (the furnace, the coils, etc)
3. The problem was the furnace was not getting enough air and that is why it would start and shut off. My house is very dusty and my 3 week old air filters needed to be changed!
4. It is great to deal with a company whose people are persistent in getting at the rout cause of a problem.

I have been using Sun Country for the last 10 years or so. I hd a problem with my furnace years ago. Calling one of the TV name repair services, they had me close to signing a deal for a new $6,000 furnace. At the gym, my friends asked me if I had checked with Sun Country as they were a sponsor of our team.
I called Sun Country. They came within a day and diagnosed a small repair needed with my furnace, but otherwise it was in good shape. That was 10+ years ago.
Since that time, Sun Country has been coming to my house twice a year–once to check the air conditioner before the warm weather starts, and once in the fall to check that furnace that I was told needed replacing to make sure it’s all set for winter’s heating season.
This story shows why I recommend Sun Country so whole heartedly! They could have taken advantage of me and sold me a new furnace. Rather, they chose the honest way of doing business and did the small repair that saved me thousands. That won my forever gratitude and allegiance.
The staff is always very friendly and they keep to their time schedules quite well! from the moment I call to set up the service check until they’re done, I’m pleased with every step of the process!

I have a home warranty and when they assigned me another company but their reviews were so bad. I decided I’d rather pay more for a trusted company for peace of mind. And that is exactly what I got. They lady who answered the phone was so sweet and understanding of my concerns.
She got them to come on the same day that I called within a few hours. The company sent me a text with the technicians photo and tracking info and name. When Brian and Ben came they were very professional and diagnosed the issues and showed me photos of the issues.
They quickly went to get the parts and fixed the problem within a few hours. We finally have heat again. I’m for ever grateful for them. These are honest, hardworking people, and to me that’s a gem to find these days.
